Merry Christmas!

This would be the place that a good mother would place an adorable photo of their child in all their Christmas morning wonder, opening their gifts in their jammies, hair mussed, eyes aglow, etc, etc, etc. This mother forgot to charge her camera battery. MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Just another day

I didn't realize it had been so long since I posted! It's been so hectic with Thanksgiving... So let's recap the last few weeks:

My rib ended up being fractured. It's feeling better. I still feel stupid.

I sent Nate to school with his shoes on the wrong feet.

I made two turkeys this year for Thanksgiving, one on Thursday and one on Saturday. I won't make that mistake again.

My great college friend Erin and her hubby Chris stayed with us over TG which was great! We always have so much fun just hanging out with them and catching up.

The cats maul them for attention which luckily they don't mind (they have four kitties, too). And Nate loves them. Any time one of them left the room he'd do his "Where did they go?" shrug. He even ran upstairs and pounded on the bathroom door when I told him Erin was in the shower. I guess she didn't check with him first.

This Saturday I'm taking Nate to see Santa. I have a feeling I'll have plenty to say after that.
