Nate hearts chicken planks.
Overall it was an awesome weekend- perfect weather, tons of great booths, and Nate was so happy and pleasant. His favorite part was playing with his cousin Skeet (a 2 year old black lab) and Aunt Angie (Uncle Scott was away for work). Aunt Angie even watched him one night so Brian and I could go out and have a couple of beers.
Of course, trying to get into a bar in State College is similar to Boy George trying to enter the US. I showed my ID at The Skeller stating that I am indeed 32 (ok, 33 next month). But my license is a duplicate- because when I changed my name, my ID hadn't expired- so they wouldn't let me in. My response to this was unprintable. So Brian and I headed to a bar out of town with me completely dumbfounded that after 12 years of successfully entering bars, taverns, state stores, and beer distributors that I could not get into a dive bar. Probably better- I don't much care for drunk college kids.
