Gno Gnews is Good Gnews with Gary Gnu

Today at worked I sucked a gnat up my nose in the middle of a meeting. I only wish I was kidding.

Maybe I'm just too busy...

Last week I ran out of gas. In my driveway. I had to fill up with the gas can for the lawn mower. Which I spilled all over my hand because we have a no-spill spout (if you have one, you know what I mean). I smelled like gas all day.

We spent the labor day weekend painting our living room and kitchen. Choosing paint was a debacle itself, but too boring to go into.

I will have before and after pictures posted as soon as we have completed the after. We ordered wood blinds to go in all the windows on the first floor. Eleven blinds to be exact. Problem is, I measured all 11 incorrectly. When they said to measure the window opening, I took it a little too literally and measured only the glass part of the windows. It's top 5 in the category "Ditzy Moments in Shelly History"

Anyway, Brian remeasured and we reordered (thank goodness for their "Oops Policy"). So we'll finally have some pics of our house up!
